Kids Carnival at Medina Park

~10:45 AM to 1 PM (immediately following Parade)

Kids, grab your parents and head to Medina Park for the Carnival! There will be face painting and crafts, mountains to climb, and hills to ski. You’ll also be able to scream down a slide, pop-a-shot, bounce in a house and challenge yourself through an obstacle course.
Hot dogs will be available for purchase too!  DJ SuperDave will be rockin' with us again this year, providing entertainment and tunes to keep the carnival energy high.  The annual Dog Show and other fun will start at 11:00 -- bring your pooch!  And Emerald City Hot Dogs will be on site to offer lunch once you've worked up an appetite!

While you're enjoying a fun day, take a few minutes out to help those less fortunate:
please bring non-perishable food or a monetary donation to support Ronald McDonald House.  Their family food pantry is especially in need of: granola bars; applesauce cups; fruit cups; boxed macaroni & cheese; and individually packaged snack-sized bags of crackers/chips/pretzels/nuts.  (Donated items must have an expiration date at least 2 months away.)  Ronald McDonald House is bringing some fun games and prizes to share!

The mission of Ronald McDonald house is to keep sick kids and their families close to each other and to the care they need.   See the details at their website:  www.rmhc.org/home

Beach Party - Rain or Shine!

6PM to 11 PM Once the light fades, get ready for some fireworks just off the beach.
Note: The fireworks show will go on even if it rains.  If the weather doesn't cooperate, please come down and support our local food trucks by grabbing dinner to go!

Don’t miss DJ SuperDave at the carnival and beach party!  DJ SuperDave has been coming to Medina Days and wowing us with his smooth words and great playlists for 16 years!! If you would like more information about him, please check him out at  https://www.facebook.com/bookdjsuperdave

Food will be on offer from Gourmini's Food Truck: "A brand new food truck serving fresh ingredients with healthier options and gourmet flavor. Our Gourmini sandwiches are served on baguette slices from the Macrina Bakery featuring Boars Head deli meats and cheeses with market fresh vegetables and Gourmini's own spreads.  Paired with a rotating menu of unconventional salad's."  www.gourminifood.com

Once again, thank you for keeping Medina Beach clean!

We all enjoy Medina Beach, especially in the summer months. That said, we also enjoy how clean it is. We ask that you clean up all your plates, napkins, cups etc. We’ll have plenty of garbage cans around.
