Medina Days Community Service Project to benefit Hopelink's End Summer Hunger program.

New this year, a refreshing way to help End Summer Hunger! As part of this year's Medina Days celebration, volunteers from Hopelink's youth volunteer program Youthlink invite you to enjoy a refreshing cup of lemonade! The lemonade is complimentary but volunteers will gladly accept donations of any amount to help feed hungry kids right here on the Eastside. If you make a donation of $20 or more you will also receive a Hopelink reusable tote in sunny orange. $20 is enough to make fifty peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Look for the Hopelink Snack Hut at the Kid's Carnival!

End Summer Hunger is Hopelink's grassroots campaign that provides food for kids in North and East King County who normally receive free and reduced-fee breakfasts and lunches during the school year. Last year, 67 businesses raised $95,000 in cash and in-kind donations to support the families whose children benefit from the End Summer Hunger campaign.
